I am one of the millions who enjoy Minute Maid Pulpy Mango Orange every minute and every hour, but all through the rest of the day, this delicious drink typically stays in the refrigerator. This is in fact unfortunate, since Minute Maid is actually a healthy beverage. Minute Maid has heart-healthy vitamins such as vitamin C, and other nutrients that are essential for a healthy living. The thing is, you don't have to just drink Minute Maid Pulpy Mango Orange, it can also be used for some other things just like making a healthy popsicles. Here’s how you can enjoy Minute Maid:






If you hate giving your children popsicles that are filled with sugar and preservatives, then why not make your own popsicles at home? You can use Minute Maid Pulpy Mango Orange by itself or you can also combine it with some other ingredients. For example, you may perhaps mix it with vanilla yogurt to produce a scrumptious creamy popsicles. You can also mix different kind of juices to make unique flavors. Is that easy?








Ingredients:

24 large mushrooms
4 oz (115 g) liver pâté, softened
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) bread crumbs
1/2 cup (125 mL) Brick Cheese, grated

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
  2. Remove mushroom stems, reserving caps. Coarsely chop stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix stems with liver paste, shallot and bread crumbs.
  4. Stuff mushroom caps with pâté mixture. Sprinkle with cheese (You may also use other cheese if you can't find a brick cheese). Cook in oven 5 minutes. Serve.
What is that?
pâté- mixture of ground meat and fat minced into a spreadable paste. It's already available in your favorite market. It is usually on a bottle.

Tuna Balls

Ingredients:

8oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (125mL) canned tuna, drained
1/4 cup (60mL) mayonnaise
1 tsp (5mL) tarragon
pinch of pepper
1/4 cup (60mL) toasted peanuts or almond

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine first five ingredients. Mix to a firm paste.
  2. Shape into 24 balls. Roll in toasted peanut or almonds. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve.

Tomatoes Tapenade

New Year's Day is regarded by many as a time for renewal. It's the day when people resolve to break bad habits and begin good ones. What's on your "To Change" list this year?

Greet the New Year with Tomatoes Tapenade. Just as the month of January brings new hope for a better and brighter year, this starter is a wonderful way to whet the appetite before bringing out the main dish.






Ingredients:

24 cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup (60mL) black olives
1 anchovy fillet
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tsp (5mL) parsley, chopped
1/4 (1mL) onion salt
dash of Worcestershire sauce
fresh ground pepper

Procedure:

  1. Cut a 1/4-inch (0.5 cm) slice off the top of each tomato, reserving caps. With a small spoon or knife, scoop out enough tomato pulp to allow stuffing. Set aside.
  2. Finely chop olives, anchovy and garlic. Mix well. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  3. Fill each tomato with 1 tsp (5 mL) olive stuffing. Top with reserved caps. Serve.
